Pathways for personalized learning.
Irene E. Bruno is an associate professor of Applied Information Technology in the Information Science and Technology department. Her research includes quality in higher education, pathways for articulation, and distance education. Bruno鈥檚 involvement in the innovation of these fields has added momentum to Mason鈥檚 options for distance learners, non-traditional students, and transfers. Bruno鈥檚 activity supports Mason鈥檚 commitment to the application of new and emerging learning technologies in order to make higher education accessible and instructionally effective, leading to improved student and community outcomes.
