Biography
Isela Caballero is the Communications Coordinator of the Department of Health Administration and Policy. In her role, Isela supports external communications, event and meeting management, social media, and office operations. Prior to working at 海角社区, she obtained years of customer service, healthcare administration, and technology experience. She earned her B.S. in Community Health with a concentration in Global Health (2017) at 海角社区.
