Biography
Jonathan L. Gifford is a professor in 海角社区鈥檚 Schar School of Policy and Government and an Affiliate Faculty Member in the Sid and Reva Dewberry Department of Civil, Environmental, and Infrastructure Engineering. He directs the Center for Infrastructure Public-Private Partnership Policy, which supports research, education, and outreach on the use of public-private partnerships (P3s) and alternative forms of delivery for infrastructure renewal and expansion. His research focuses on infrastructure policy, planning, finance, and institutions. He teaches courses on infrastructure policy, P3 policy, emerging technology, and regional development policy. He earned his Ph.D. and M.S. in civil engineering with a concentration in transportation at the University of California, Berkeley, and his B.S. in civil engineering at Carnegie Mellon University.
