When it comes to summer, perhaps the last place many students want to be is back in the classroom. But the students of ��������’s Early Identification Program (EIP) are, as they say, “built different.”

Stanley and Rosemary Hayes Jones continue their legacy of philanthropy at �������� with a transformative $1 million gift to establish the Stanley and Rosemary Hayes Jones Networking Testbed Lab within the Fuse at Mason Square building.

Dmitry Oleynik began attending events hosted by ��������’s Early Identification Program as an eighth grader. The program, along with early support from his family, helped him develop an interest in engineering.  

Incoming cybersecurity student looks to quickly acclimate to college life, given his familiarity with George Mason through the Early Identification Program and other activities.

On June 10, 2024, more than 110 golfers came together at Westfields Golf Club to support first-generation students through ��������’s Diversity Scholarship Golf Classic.

EIP alumnus Eduardo Vazquez, who graduated in May with a civil engineering degree from George Mason’s College of Engineering and Computing, was back on campus this week wearing a different hat—a hard hat—as a project engineer for Hoar Construction.

CACI International Inc is once again supporting Mason students through a $200,000 gift to establish the CACI Scholars Program. The program helps selected scholars secure science, technology, engineering, or mathematics-related positions upon graduation.

Additional funding secured by SPARK, the education foundation for Prince William County Schools, will expand that life-changing collaboration and fully support an additional 20 Early Identification Program students from Prince William County starting this spring.

Biology major Spogmai Ahmadzai joined Mason's EIP in 7th grade and took advantage of all the resources it has to offer. Now she is a University Scholar at Mason preparing for a career in health care.

Kimberly Montesflores Gonzalez already had a strong relationship with �������� before she enrolled as a freshman this fall.
