The enrollment freeze date for the spring summer 2025 semester is July 22, 2025 at 12:01am.

After that, no adjustments or increases will be made to your financial aid unless it is to correct an over-award situation and all financial aid payments will be final with the exception of any Part of Term classes that begin later in the semester. Dropping a Part of Term course that begins later may result in a reduction of your aid. If you completely drop or withdraw from all your classes at any point, the Financial Aid Office will determine how much aid you can keep and how much has to be returned to the U.S. Department of Education. This is called a Return to Title IV calculation.

Students who wish to submit a Satisfactory Academic Progress (SAP) appeal for the summer 2025 term must do so by June 30, 2025.

Fall 2025 SAP appeals will be reviewed on a first-come, first-served basis starting no earlier than July 1, 2025.

All appeals for the fall 2025 semester must be submitted to the Office of Student Financial Aid no later than three weeks before the end of the semester. Any appeals received after that deadline will be considered for the spring 2026 semester instead.

This is a friendly reminder that the deadline to submit your verification documents for the 2023-24 award year is quickly approaching.

Please ensure that all required documentation is submitted by August 30, 2024 in Patriot Forms.

Additionally, we want to remind you of an important update regarding our verification documentation submission process:

Patriot Forms Discontinuation: Patriot Forms will be discontinued as our method of verification documentation submission.
New Submission Platform: All future verification documentation must be submitted through Dynamic Forms.

If you have already started your 2024-25 verification process in Patriot Forms, please be aware that this process must be finalized by September 15, 2024. After this date, if your verification is not completed, you will need to resubmit all your documentation through the Dynamic Forms System.
