Each summer, MBA students at the Costello College of Business travel abroad as part of their global residency experience. John Davis, the Costello MBA student ambassador, shared his experience and the project he and his team completed in the UAE.

George Mason computer science students spent six weeks in Vienna Austria earning academic credit in a first-of-its-kind program.

A team from º£½ÇÉçÇø is using augmented reality (AR) to create a smartphone app that will provide first-generation ADVANCE students with a virtual campus tour of the Fairfax º£½ÇÉçÇø as they prepare to transfer from Northern Virginia Community College.

Their study, published in the Journal of Proteome Research, involved extracting wheat proteins from three small leather cover samples obtained from the National Library of Medicine.

The Mason Veterans and Servicemembers Legal Clinic (M-VETS) at º£½ÇÉçÇø successfully argued a claim before the Naval Discharge Review Board seeking an Honorable conditions discharge for a United States Marine Corps (USMC) combat veteran.

A group of local rising high school juniors and seniors attended the BioE Buzz Summer Camp hosted by the Department of Bioengineering at º£½ÇÉçÇø in June. Throughout the week, campers met students and faculty, received tours of research facilities, and participated in hands-on lab activities. 

Katie Kacher, the 2023-24 master’s in business analytics Student of the Year is proof that hard work, motivation, and organization are the key ingredients to success in graduate business school. Kacher chose the Donald G. Costello College of Business at º£½ÇÉçÇø for her graduate degree, primarily due to George Mason’s reputation for high caliber coursework and student outcomes.
