Mason student Nadya Steare recently completed a two-month residency at the Akureyri Art Museum in Iceland where she worked full time on a new series.

Her “transformative” career at �������� prepared Jennifer Vasquez for her new role: Vice president of diversity, equity, and inclusion for the NBA champion Golden State Warriors.

After a diagnosis of stage 4 endometriosis, Mason doctoral student Julia Mandeville co-founded the organization Barbados Association of Endometriosis and PCOS to raise awareness, support, and research efforts for the condition.

Mason graduate students helped the environment, nonprofit organizations and the local community with summer projects through the Sustainability Summer Graduate Research Fellowships. This summer, as a Summer Impact project, a group of Mason students designed and developed a pilot web-based archival application to organize documents relating to the victims of China’s Anti-“Rightist” Campaign in the 1950s.
